First there was the pandemic. Then there were shelter-in-place orders. Smokey air permeated the Bay Area. Fires raged out of control all over California and Oregon. The winds carried the toxic air here. Windows were shut tight. My new daily routine included checking the Air Quality Index. This work reflects how I saw the changing light.
